every day we hear cases of rapes and rape convicts only getting 5-7 years of imprisonment, while the rape victim have to live with the wounds for lifetime . Giving 5-7 years of punishment is not enough for such ruthless devils.

so its time to raise our voice and have the law makers change the law and make more stringent laws.
